Ethan Klyne

Working with Troy Angus I was required to:

- load and remove debris from sites to keep areas clean and avoid safety concerns.

- I would also collect measurements and marked locations as part of project preparations.

- As well as recognizing and reporting potential project challenges and assisted with solutions.

During my time at Co-op I’ve acquired many skills that could help me at any work place. Such as:

• Excellent communication.
• The ability to operate in a team setting and alone.

• Great organization skills.

• Drove equipment from one site to another to deliver tools and complete jobs.
• Loaded and unloaded crop with use of transfer augers.
• Worked flexible hours; night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Adjusted machinery and notified supervisors of malfunctions.

• Evaluated facility operations and personnel for safety and health regulations compliance.
• Conducted inspections of facility grounds, external structure, systems, and equipment.
• Created and maintained daily and weekly reports for upper management.
• Monitored safety compliance to maintain strict standards and protect team members from harm.

• Supported overall facility operations by efficiently addressing repair requests and performing routine maintenance.
• Maintained physical condition of facilities, applying available resources and personnel to achieve safe, clean, and functional environment.
• Performed any grain processing and handling tasks as needed to produce an efficient and functional work environment.
