I have 5years experience working in fast paced meat industries. Currently, I work in a federally Inspected Animal slaughter and meat processing plant as an HACCP Coordinator. I completed a thesis-based master's degree in Animal Science (Meat Science specialization) from the University of Alberta, Edmonton. I am passionate about working in meat industries where I can contribute to food safety and quality.
