• Coordinated several internal teams review of partner project and operational plans to achieve the optimum design, quality and cost. Draft the recommendation for management approval notes. Monitored and engaged partner during execution to ensure budget and schedule were met.
• Revamped documents management processes to aid with audit and self-verification processes. This led the team to have a better control of documentation and historical data to evaluate performance against the budget.
• Worked with data analytics team to review and update performance dashboard with key indicators that better served the management decision. The new dashboard provided live update progress and aid in the prompt decision during the approval of budget review process.

Project Commissioning engineer responsible for the Onshore commissioning data transfer of the construction scope i preparation of the facility arrival.

• Preparation and planning of commissioning activities for a new deep-water production facility for the bp Gulf of Mexico (GoM) Operations.
• Developed the initial scope list of activities that enable the team to start planning for the scope of work ahead of the facility arrival in the GoM region.
• Led the deployment and Implementation of the approved construction data management and transfer process that enabled local US team access to live Korea construction progress.
• Identified and implemented a set of digital initiatives, dashboards and reporting tools that help the different contractor teams to better integrate and collaborate with the company team.

Responsible for the design and implementation of the bp global project central team agility work practices and adoptions

• Directly worked with the executive team to set the requirement and define the deliverables, with the overall goal to streamline the way of work for the whole project organization.
• Wrote and reviewed the guidance document on agility for the whole project organization.
• Developed and deployed the first draft of the agile guidance for the global project team, giving people a first view on the direction the company was looking at taking.
• Reviewed several pilot training courses and advise management on the ones to follow for the project organization.
• This work let to the deployment of agile practice and training to the whole organization and a significant improvements in the organization efficiency as reported by management.

PM the delivery of a global conference program for the bp project organization to cover all the project headcount where project operations were ongoing.

• Developed, planned, and implemented an inclusive bp global project conference. The new conference was made regional and was able to cover 90% of the workforce and reduce cost by around $1,500,000. It was ensure the program was more inclusive as every member of the organization as invited to attended compared to previous format with limited invite
• Developed the concept, proposed the schedule covering 16 conferences, 9 countries with over 2,500 attendees. Pitched the plans to the project executive team and gained approval.
• Designed and prepared presentations, briefing all the presenters and coordinating their schedules, travel, and accommodation. Procured and contracted the various media support.
• Selected and directed a support team in 9 countries to work on the specific regional content and logistic arrangements. Traveled to all locations and oversee the delivery. The program was successfully delivered and the model was adopted by other part of the bp organization.

In country PM responsible for the delivery and new subsea production equipment and the Aftermarket support. Led a team of engineers, cost controllers, buyers, QA/QC and contractors in the fabrication, delivery and aftermarket services support for XMAs tree, well Jumpers fabrication, and operation installations and intervention support.

• Implemented a internal work request process for service support that prioritized onshore support based on offshore operation needs. This ensured that every money spent was linked to a budget in support of the overall production. Reducing significantly incurring expenses for non recoverable cost activities.
• Through persistence and continued engagement with suppliers, successfully closed out a Subsea Production System contract that was being used to provide aftermarket support at very inflated prices resulting in a over budget by 500,000,000 over a 10 years period.
• Negotiated a new aftermarket focused contract that delivery major cost saving with the two main suppliers. Reducing significantly the manpower requirements and implement a on as need support approach. This significantly reduced the cost for the three min internal organization that depended on the Aftermarket support.
