I have always been passionate about helping others and finding creative and constructive ways to work with diverse individuals. Working from a Holistic, solution-focused and feminist approach, I believe that clients have the ability to overcome obstacles and create the lives they most want to lead. Incorporating self-care and core values into much of my practice ensures clients reach for areas in life most closely linked to their higher self and will provide them with personal satisfaction. Continuing my education in Holistic practices and theory helps to provide clients with varied avenues when seeking overall healing and wellness. I aim to work with clients to become free from emotional and mental distress and sustain a healthy and positive body, mind and spirit.
