4 Years 3 Months- Conduct pre operational line checks on ready to eat food machine surfaces to ensure proper cleanliness as per fda a company standards. Verify correct code dates and ingredients on packaging as per company specifications . Receiving incoming raw product as well as packaging material and conducting specification checks. Verification of bol's and coa's before any delivery is received. Entering all specification test ran on finished product in excel and properly filling paperwork away by date and product type. Using propane/battery powered forklift to pull product from storage racks and to load and unload trailers.
