.Developed relationships with AGLC in order to communicate our Casino requirements for slot machine allocations. This is also in direct relation to VIP slot players, coin in, and guests requests.
. Involved in fund raisers for the Tsuut'ina Nation "Every Child Matters" for the museum. Successfully contributed to the Calgary Poppy fund for which the Casino received an award.
.Ensure all AML and AGLC requirements are met by the slot department. .Developed a training manual for the slot attendants/slot cashiers and slot ambassadors.
. Developed inflight service guidelines for cabin crew. Created effectives on board work flow procedures for cabin crew. Helped in the design of aircraft galleys and food service.
