. Recently developed the Slot Ambassador program which is a way of effectively incorporating the slot department and the resort into a successful guest experience. The Slot Ambassador program is currently developing an informative data base on our VIP Slot guests.

. Represented the Casino and the resort in numerous trade shows and events throughout the years.

. Conducted numerous Slot Ambassador meetings with Resort Executive Tammy Whitney. These meetings included representation from other areas of the resort such as the Hotel, Event Centre and Marketing In these meetings we also incorporate Tsuut'ina Nation and the on going TAZA development. These are all very important areas as they can be used to increase "Casino Play" which is the ultimate objective.

.Developed relationships with AGLC in order to communicate our Casino requirements for slot machine allocations. This is also in direct relation to VIP slot players, coin in, and guests requests.

. Involved in fund raisers for the Tsuut'ina Nation "Every Child Matters" for the museum. Successfully contributed to the Calgary Poppy fund for which the Casino received an award.

.Ensure all AML and AGLC requirements are met by the slot department. .Developed a training manual for the slot attendants/slot cashiers and slot ambassadors.
