- My last shift was November 16, 2026. When I moved into the Long Term Care part of the facility to start training to be a health care assistant before starting school at Douglas College September 2025.
- I was also on a WCB claim for a fall that happened in the dining room, April 27th of 2024 fall happened and came back Sept of 2024.

- I also trained new employees on all aspects of the job, as well as receiving orders and deliveries. I worked on the orders, was a cashier and was a team player in all I did. I also worked in the connecting bar as a food runner at busy times if staffing in the liquor store permitted it.
- I worked in customer service after asking to be trained to be able to further my knowledge and assist customers more effectively and efficiently. Sometimes helping more than 50 people in a shift.

Accomplishments
I have learned a small amount of a few languages to assist with comfort and care for others that English is not their first language.
I have a son who has both ASD and ADHD, and I have learned a lot about both and use that knowledge daily. I am still learning more every day, and it has helped me to have a better understanding of both. I am also very patient and take my time and have grown even more in understanding everyone is different. Taking time and working with everyone as an individual and learning from them is important.
