Summary

Team-oriented professional prepared to take on leadership responsibilities with focus on driving results and fostering collaboration. Proven success in working with teams, overseeing project execution, and adapting to dynamic work environments. Known for reliability, flexibility, and strong organizational skills, ensuring seamless team operations and achievement of goals.

Volunteering and working in the arts community in Windsor prepared me for not only working in a project environment, but gave me an early exposure to responsibility and what it meant to be passionate about the success of many parts coming together for a simultaneous goal. Extra courses taken during my time at Best Buy refined my skill, giving me a better understanding of leadership roles over simply managing a team.
