I had the opportunity to support both the head coach and the players in various aspects of training and player development.

My responsibilities included helping run drills, and encouraging team morale on the field.

• Monitored and managed soccer games to verify safety and promote good sportsmanship for players.
• Developed situational awareness skills by positioning myself optimally during matches to make accurate calls in high-pressure situations.
• Exercised decisions on goals, offsides and fouls to determine accuracy and fairness of game results.
