  • Collaborated with Provincial Director(s) and Human Resources to assist recruitment efforts to attract, employ and retain talented writers and support workers for the Gladue Services Department.
  • Directly supervise a team of up to 24 staff and a maximum of 50 contract roster Gladue Report Writers and manage Intake team, Gladue Report Writers and Gladue Support Worker as well as program development.
  • Conducted performance evaluations to identify strength based areas for employee growth and constructive feedback.
  • Implemented and collaborated to offer training for enhanced employee skills and provided Indigenous trauma informed practices to support person served as well as staff to reduce the effects of trauma.

  • Provided healing circles for alternative measures and diversion through Indigenous Restorative Justice cultural teachings.

OPTIONS Program March 2007-2010

  • Developed and implemented a new Restorative Justice program in the School District #57 as an alternative to suspension for to help Indigenous Students in school. Developed a recruiting, screening process and training program for Restorative Practices.

4TH DIMENSION Program (2006)

  • A reintegration program offered to Indigenous youth in the Prince George Youth Corrections Centre (PGYCC) to develop a redintegrative release plans involving Indigenous youth, their families, PGYCC staff and other supports.
