CAT Lessons Learned

Gathered feedback each CAT season, organized feedback into topics and required groups to action (training, communications, handling plan, etc…). Empowered team to arrange feedback sessions with the other teams, gathering feedback, challenging perspectives and providing information on the 2024 plan. Created smaller total loss team for consistent approach in handling and customer communications.
