  • Implementation of an Online Scheduling program to bring current employer from scheduling on paper to a more user-friendly platform. In doing this we saved hundreds of man-hours in scheduling and payroll.
  • Implementation of online Learning Management software to bring our employee training to a new level.
  • Implementation of Employee Recognition Program with Inter Hospital Ambulance. This helped to increase productivity and increase staff morale.
  • Organized and deployed first waves of non-AHS frontline Emergency Medical Service crews to the Fort McMurry fire by both ground and air to assist in medical evacuations and onsite medical aid within the town Of Fort McMurry and the surrounding areas.
