As a Kids Birthday Party Hostess and Food Runner at Palasad, I single-handedly manage up to 20 children and adults during events. My responsibilities include coordinating activities, ensuring timely food service, and accommodating special requests. I oversee the preparation and delivery of food to ensure it meets quality standards, including proper sides, sauces, and presentation. I maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area and handle any customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

I renovated buildings and assisted at the ReStore during non-build periods. I contributed to improving and refurbishing structures, ensuring they met Habitat's standards for quality and safety. At the ReStore, I supported operations, including organizing donations and assisting customers, all to support Habitat's mission of providing affordable housing solutions.

At Kelsey's, I warmly greeted and seated guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming dining experience. I managed reservations, maintained the waiting list, and coordinated with servers. I handled customer questions and provided information about menu items and promotions, ensuring guests felt valued throughout their visit. Additionally, I successfully deescalated many customer situations, maintaining a positive atmosphere.
