My responsibility as a Walmart Grocery Associate, was to require a fast-paced, organized, & most friendly service to our Walmart customers.

As an Associate, I provide the following responsibilities:

• Practiced clean and sanitary shopping with minimal product handling and used safety kits diligently to protect customers and others.
• Communicated with customer to confirm clarity of order, shopped at additional stores if necessary and expedited order transfer to delivery driver.
• Bagged groceries carefully to keep products in perfect condition, separated fragile products and kept frozen and perishable foods cold or fresh.

Prepping and organizing our customers grocery orders is an important part of my day-to-day work.

I provide great communication as well as to a great number of concerns and questions from our customers.

Our Motto of my day-to-day job to ensure happy customers is the following:

• Maintaining positive relationships with grocery store personnel by being consistently professional and friendly.

We make sure to provide a friendly and comfortable experience as well as a communication that applies to both our clients and our associates! This ensures great communication and satisfied customers.

My role as a Home Depot Cashier Associate consisted of the following duties.

• Completed daily recovery tasks to keep areas clean and neat for maximum productivity.
• Trained new team members in cash register operation, stock procedures and customer services.
• Helped with purchases, locating items and signing up for rewards programs.
• Inspected store products for damage and obtained item replacements for customers.
• Recommended complementary and discounted items to customers to increase sales.
• Helped customers find specific products, answered questions and offered product advice.
• Disseminated information to customers regarding account updates, new service additions, and promotional offers.

As a past Marshalls Cashier Associate working for a worldwide retail store, my responsibility consisted of many great important duties. As our day began, We make sure our customers are welcomed with a friendly greeting at the door.

While they continue their shopping and make their way up to the cash registers, we great them with a friendly smile & make sure they are up-to-date with any coupons or sales that might help them shop at a low-cost experience!

We also ensured the following:

As a past Taco Bell Cashier Associate and as my first job to have been given the opportunity to work in.

As a Cashier, the most important part of my day was assisting customers needs as well as maintains a positive attitude and greeting with a friendly smile!

Not only was customer service a great deal of my day. But it also consisted of the following:

• Kept customer and food preparation areas clean and well-organized.

• Took orders, prepared foods and processed payments in full-service establishment.

• This required a large time standing for long periods of time throughout the day. As well as, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment where customers feel an “At-home” experience while enjoying our fresh-made food!
• Monitored sales events, added new merchandise and rang up purchases.
