Hello, I'm Erika Weenink. I have recently finished high school at Bishop Macdonell High School in 2023, and I am looking for a part-time job. I am a hard worker and a very pleasant person to work with. I put forth a positive attitude towards my tasks and whoever I work with, doing as I am told and going the extra mile. I would love to have a job that allows me to work around other people and where I can learn new things.
During my time as a volunteer at the Wyndham House Youth Shelter, I experienced what it was like to work and help out a non-profit organization with homemade food deliveries. I was sure to be friendly and helpful when talking to the employees and youth at the shelter and made sure to cater to their specific food needs, such as dietary restrictions and allergies.

During my time volunteering for this organization I would provide the shelter with homemade meals and baked goods for the homeless youth. I was always sure to provide them with meals or desserts at least once or twice a month that would be sure to brighten their day.
From when I first started in May 2022 to July 2023 I accumulated over 70 hours of volunteer work from this organization.
