Throughout my professional and academic career, I’ve learned how to be compassionate and capable in the field of Behavioral Health. With experience through my years at California Baptist University. I have learned how to adapt to my practices from facilitating communication between doctors and patients.

Behavior Therapist
1 Year 2 Months- Provided direct one-on-one and group behavioral therapy to children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, behavioral challenges, and other mental health disorders.
such as ADHD, Anxiety, OCD, as well as those with Down Syndrome. - Implemented individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Utilized data collection for client progress and adjusted treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborated with teams that included BCBAs, educators, and family members to provide the best care for each client.
- Trained and mentored new staff on ABA principles and intervention strategies during shadow sessions.
Intervention Specialist
5 Months- Individualized academic support for children in low-performance categories, special education programs, and the foster care system.
