

As a Sales Auditor, it is my responsibility to look into monetary discrepancies that can occur within the warehouse. Any discrepancies need to be investigated and resolved.
I am also a customer service representative; answering phone calls and assisting members with their inquiries.
Being organized is a big part of my position as well. Paperwork needs to be sorted through daily and organized by date for later reference.
As a pharmacy clerk it was my duty to answer patient phone calls and fill their required prescriptions by entering information into our software, verifying information and counting their prescription; wether it be capsules, tablets or a compound product.
Attention to detail was very important in this role as well.

I have been a customer service representative since 2013 when I first started working for Costco Wholesale - Being a membership based club has helped me learn different ways to sell products to members and also learn different ways to speak to people in terms of building a great rapport
With great determination, I have been able to take in-house courses within Costco to have the ability to apply for a pharmacy clerk position.
I have also challenged myself most recently with applying for the Sales Auditor role in which I am currently working. - Applying for this position has required me to be tested in terms of math skills. I accomplished 100% and was accepted for the role above other applicants.
