• Coordinate the traffic movements of all aircrafts and de-icing vehicles on the de-icing pad, as well as any pedestrian movements.
• Responsible for transmitting and coordinating all communication between pilot in command(PIC) and Bay leads, to ensure a safe and expeditious de-icing operation.
• Coordinate (SNIC) Snow and Ice Removal teams to clear de-icings pads.
• Process all AD HOC request including billing paperwork.
• Ensuring that each de-icing event is processed in the Aeromag software system.

• Teach new and existing staff on how to safely operate all Aeromag de-icing equipment.

• Completes all paperworks at the end of the shift of aircrafts de-iced.

-Professionally operate and maintain the company’s Glycol Recovery Vehicles (GRV) up to 33,000lbs and other associated Equipment within close proximity to aircraft, airfield personnel and equipment.

-Follows procedural handbooks, operational plans, and directives of the supervisor to ensure that all work is done according to specifications and/or regulations.

- Assist in the training of all operators in the proper Recovery Equipment operational procedures and inform the site supervisor immediately of any deficiencies in Recovery operation, daily vehicle inspections and daily paperwork submitted by all operators.

-Pick up parts at various vendors.Deliver parts to field mechanics at various job site locations. -Assist the shop in moving vehicles as needed.
