Eric O’Donnell

Abbotsford,Canada

Summary

My Name is Eric O’Donnell, a 31-year-old husband and father of 2, based in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada

Currently i am working along side different organizations, Industries, Unions, Leadership Teams and front-line Workers daily. Giving me a clear understanding of how value, purpose-driven work, culture, and ownership of responsibility on all levels drive success and failure.

My background, specifically in the higher-risk industries and having the unfortunate first-hand experience with fatalities and severe accidents, has given me a drive to assist in developing a safe and productive workforce.

I have learned to focus on identifying clear objectives from leadership, then helping teams stay aligned and execute on them. My approach is to build capable people who find purpose in their role, with success in focusing on the 'why' we do what we do, rather than just the 'how'.

My Goal is to create successful team of people who understand that safety benefits the overall production, culture, reputation and will pull on the same end of the rope as the organizations mission statements.

My mission

My mission is to help individuals look past how they do their job, find their why, and create meaningful change at a fundamental level. Who lead, solve problems, and carry responsibility confidently and competently at all levels of the workforce. So when pressure builds on the job site, decisions are made not out of reaction, but with intention and aligned with a deeper understanding of why they do what they do.
