  • Assist in review and data submission to Pilatus Stans of all structural repairs, alterations, modifications and STC installations completed on PC-12 aircraft prior to implantation of life extension program
  • Direct supervision and delegation of work to AMEs and apprentice to ensure on time efficiency of all work being performed
  • Submit AMRs to Pilatus for repairs and modifications through damage mapping reports and obtain repairs memos that are compliant for extension of the airframe life limit
  • Provide remote technical support for AOG aircraft to customers and maintenance facilities to ensure efficient aircraft return to service, including Pilatus PC-12/45/47/47E/47E NGX and Pilatus PC-24
  • Quality control review of technical documentation following completion of all work (Aircraft journey log entries, task cards and parts certification).

  • Coordinate and provide service estimates for customer aircraft during maintenance visit
  • Responsible for 30 Engineers and Apprentices for 24/7 operations, including employee grievances and employee schedule.
