-Facilitating from start to finish the build of all pools for Impeccable Pools SWO

-Reading and reviewing blue prints and site plans to ensure accuracy and relaying that information to the labourers to ensure all projects experience little to no delay

-Assigning daily tasks to labourers while on site and overseeing all work being done

-Responsible for communications with other companies for contracted out work and supervise while that work is being completed

-Leading/assiting with concrete pours, shooting grades, steel erecting, etc

-Familiar with all types of pool servicing

-General labourer working 5-7 days a week routinely amassing 60 hour work weeks

-Large focus on erecting steel and cladding, while completing other duties as necessary and providing support to other teams/crews
