Family Practice, Information Technology
With about a decade of experience under my belt and about 4 years of these working in the emergency department, I believe this role is suited for me.
I attend to emergency situations across medicine, surgery, pediatrics and obstetrics and gynecology.
I am committed to patient care, compassionate and a stickler for punctuality and organization. I acknowledge my limits and ask for help when I should.
While working with other team members, I believe that should also be accorded respect, communicated to in an open and honest manner and this is what I try to do at all times so that patient care is not compromised.
There are very few things in the health care system that are at interesting as working in an emergency department - the unpredictability keeps one on ones toes and in turn makes one strive to be a better doctor.
Teaching especially medical students also helps one keep up with ones studies and it is something I would like to do from time to time.
Being that I am also tech-savvy and have experience in using a health information system called ARCUS AIR in my previous workplace, I am also open to working with the information system that you have in place.

I am an avid fan of Scrabble which I have been playing since my father taught me from age 7.
Through it, I bond with family and friends.
My interest in chess started in my first year in medical school. I love the analytical nature of
the game though it can be quite mind-numbing sometimes.
