• Coordinating and managing the movement of goods, materials, and resources. This involves coordinating transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery and efficient use of resources,
• Developing strategic plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

* We found alternative ways to transport logistics goods and also improve the reporting program and streamlining computations, which resulted in a 25% boost in efficiency.

• Quality assurance control and assessment in the aircraft maintenance field,
• Improve techniques to support maintenance organization and airworthiness,
• Organizing quality circles to motivate personnel by using quality management theories.

Key Accomplishments:

* Establishing 8 quality circles to enhance the aviation maintenance system.

• Monitoring flight progress, ensuring that flights are operating according to schedule, and proactively addressing any issues or delays that may arise.
