Emmanuel Zaze

I have a deep level of knowledge and experience here at TD and in multiple roles. I have excelled in the Advisor-Role, consistently exceeding results. I am an eight-time All Star winner. My strengths include being self-motivated and independent. I have elevated myself and all of my results by creating my own challenges to consistently go 'above and beyond'. My results prove it and I have the respect of my peers and a great reputation. My belief and practice here, is and always has been simple : to be the best of the best and to lead by example, which means, work hard, focus, be passionate, honest and never give up. This brings me to my next accomplishment, for which I am equally proud : Coaching. I have been a part of many classes in their different and unique iterations, and most recently, I was granted the role of Lead Coach, which I dove into head-first and with fearlessness. I was able to lead a group of Coaches and 14 New Hires to success with passion and a consistent, fierce work-ethic while maintaining a balance of fun and getting everything done. Balance, which to me, is paramount. I personally used and encouraged all of those around me to live by the mantra, 'discipline is not the enemy of enthusiasm, but rather the well spring from which all greatness flourishes', maintaining a high level of enthusiasm and positivity while at the same time, getting completed, that which needed getting done, done right and on time. Again, lead by example. I believe it is time for new challenges and new opportunities to further create and develop myself and others, and I cannot think of a better way, or anyone who would be better suited than myself to motivate, shape, create and guide a group of Team-Members to new levels of self-awareness and excellence. Though I have been here for a long time, I believe another part of my strength and reason for my success is my always having kept an open-mind and maintaining that ever important ability to listen, learn and as a result, to continue growing and prospering as an advisor, Coach and a person. I am not perfect,….no one is, but I am ALWAYS excellent and if granted this opportunity, I would not only be an asset, but I would strive to be the best of the best and make it my mission that those around me, would flourish!! My energy is endless, and while tired sometimes, I am happy-tired, because I am passionate. Like the Energizer Bunny, I just keep going and going and going knowing in my heart and mind that no one can stop me, except me, and I have no intention of being anything other than the best of the best. My results here have proven that time after time and it's time to expand mine and other folks' horizons by sharing with them and by leading them to new levels of excellence and excitement for not only themselves, but all of those around.
