Making requests to change an employee's data in HRMS and Phoenix if necessary
Inputting gathered employee data into a Pay Action Request (PAR) form, merging required documentation with PAR form into a sole file, and submitting PAR file to the Pay Centre
Responsible for generating and authorizing confirmation of employment letters for employees who are on leave and do not have access to GC Pay
Collaborating with colleagues to brainstorm and form resolutions to questions that may arise regarding extraordinary cases that require extra attention
