Summary

I have been co-teaching in a Junior Kindergarten class since July of 2017. Through this position, I have spent extensive amounts of time working closely with caregivers and preschool aged children from many different backgrounds and cultures. The Junior Kindergarten team have spent many hours collaborating closely with school councillors, behavioural specialists, speech and occupational therapists and Alberta Health Family Services. These agencies have taught many different strategies for helping preschool aged families with support in different areas of life with their children.
