Summary

Since I was young, I knew I wanted to help make a difference. In highschool, I knew that becoming an ECE would be the perfect fit for me. I have basic skills in sign language, have taken courses on Mi'kmaq culture, values, traditions and socioeconomic conditions. I was very lucky to partake in the 7 Teachings training with Donna Augustine while working with Chatham Daycare.

In the 3 years of being with this daycare, I have worked hands-on with children on spectrum. I have worked closely with families and Autism Resource workers, as well. I am very dedicated to foster an atmosphere of comprehensive growth and maintain a fun and positive classroom for all children. Inclusion is very important to me.
