Demonstrated success in enhancing team performance and individual skills through effective assistant coaching and mentoring while attending sessions at the Conception Bay North Skating Club and the Mount Pearl Paradise Skating Club - Committed to fostering a positive and disciplined environment, ensuring fair play and sportsmanship as an Umpire at Softball Newfoundland & Labrador has led me to great experience in development of my pathways. Entry-level coach eager to learn more about coaching operations and support in all areas. Offering training on and off the ice and 5 years of hands-on experience.
