HR Management student at Humber Polytechnic with a strong interest in people and organizational development. I’ve built experience in fast-paced environments where staying organized, adapting quickly, and working well under pressure are essential. Whether it’s supporting teams, navigating last-minute changes, or solving problems creatively, I bring adaptability and focus to everything I do. My strengths include problem-solving, effective communication, and building strong relationships, and I am driven by an interest in helping both individuals and organizations succeed. My goal is to contribute to positive workplace cultures while developing my skills in recruitment, training, and employee development.
