I’ve been working in Sales for the past 13 years, and have experience selling to Fortune 500 companies, as well as the SMB and Mid-markets. I’ve sold to all types of personas, from CEOs, Sales, Legal, HR, Finance, and IT. Most of my experience has been in the Americas (9 out of the 13 years), but I have also sold into the EU market.
What I’ve learned over the last 13 years is that there is no “secret sauce” when it comes to success; it’s more so about following the right recipe consistently.

Bob is a people management platform that offers modern, mid-sized, multi-national companies powerful tools to manage their workforce, increase productivity, and improve the employee experience. I re-joined the company in 2019 as part of their expansion to North America. My focus has been to build out the Canadian market. Over the last 4+ years, I have:
- HUSTLED: prospected, attended events, and ultimately built a community of HR folks who buy and refer Bob to everyone they know.
- Generated over $6M USD in revenue
- Consistently been the top performer in North America, and top 10 across the entire company. In 2022 I was #1 globally, in 2023, 5th.
- Help to "Canadianify" the platform
- Help expand our partnerships to include Canadian-centric partners for Payroll, Consultants, etc.
- Help ramp new AEs (in both Canada and the US)
- Help develop mentorship programs and development plans.
After leaving the UK, I spent some time in Portugal, Morocco, South Korea, The Philippines, Japan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, and Eastern Canada. I experienced new cultures, explored new places, expanded my horizons, and met many amazing people. I always wanted to take a "gap year" and was so lucky to do so before the world shut down during the pandemic.
Juro is an AI-enabled end-to-end contract management software. I joined the company shortly after they raised $2.5M in seed funding. I sold to the heads of in-house Legal teams and other stakeholders within the business who needed to buy into the solution (CEO, CFO, VP Sales). Responsibilities and achievements:
- Setting up tooling (Salesforce, Salesloft)
- Setting qualification criteria + sales process
- Hosting technical demonstrations
- In charge of the entirety of the sale from prospect to close
- Attending networking events (conferences, trade shows, meetups)
- Building a repeatable sales engine
- Assisting in hiring other members of the sales team
- Tripled company revenue in 12 months

I joined the company shortly after they raised $17.5M in Series A funding. I sold to the heads of HR departments and other stakeholders within the business who needed to buy into the solution (CEO, CFO, Finance). Responsibilities and achievements:
- Coming up with message to the market

- Helping with sales trainings
- Brought in over 500 new users ( there were no revenue targets at that time).
Marcus Evans is one of the world’s leading providers and promoters of B2B events. I Started as a Jr. Sales executive and was promoted to a senior member of the team in my first 6 months. I sold to the CEO’s of innovative/ tech companies in the Medical Device and Aerospace and Defense sectors. In 2016, I was transferred to their London headquarters to help launch a new product in the HR sector. Responsibilities and achievements:
