  • Participate in transition planning from our services into kindergarten entrance; completing an in-depth transition to kindergarten report for the school, collaborating with school personnel while continuing to support and accompany families to school meetings if family chooses.

  • Plan, create, and implement developmentally appropriate intervention activities during visits with children and their families that address various developmental domains such as fine motor, gross motor, personal-social, communication, problem solving, social-emotional development, self-regulation and more.
  • Access to continuing education opportunities and on site resources to better our work and understanding in complex and diverse needs, working with multicultural families, childhood disorders, mental well being of children and their families, developmental delays, and neurotypical development.
