Develop and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons for first-grade students in core subjects, including reading, writing, math, science, and social studies. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports social-emotional learning, and student growth. Use differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs and abilities. Co-taught 4th-grade math, ELA, science, and social studies lessons, developed and implemented instructional plans, assessed student performance, and provided feedback to students and parents. Collaborated with fellow teachers and school staff to create a positive and inclusive classroom. Engaged in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of current educational practices.

Subbed in K-6th classrooms while waiting to begin my student teaching program the following semester.
