Emily Grant

Weekly caseload of individual counseling students for social emotional issues, academic support and crisis management. Attends 504 and IEP meetings with counseling data to best support student environment at school. Works with parents and families to create support network for students and make connections. Attends weekly PLC meetings with teachers and admin to measure progress and track student success. Host weekly groups over the course of 6-8 weeks within grades five through eight. Help manage social dilemmas or conflict resolutions. Delivers classroom guidance lessons throughout the year to promote social emotional learning. Act as a mandated reporter, contacting CPS when necessary.
