Accomplishments
Over many years of working in the field of Early Childhood, I have done as many training sessions as I could, always trying to better myself with knowledge.
I have taken many hours of training with Lorrie Baird to be a pedagogical leader to be able to support staff with best practices that help them be able to reflect and be intentional about their work with children.
I was part of the LLO (language learning opportunities) by creating a prototype through the department. We were 1 of 2 early learning and childcare centres that were a part of it along side 11 different schools in the province. This was to introduce french in the early years for the children to feel more confident
