Summary

For the past 9 years I’ve led projects at Stanford and Meta by leveraging extreme clarity and perfect execution to drive success. What brings me fulfillment in my work is creating a structure that will empower organizations and individuals to be most effective while doing the work they are most passionate about.

At Meta, I have been an Executive Administrative Partner at the Global Experience (GX) org since 2019. In this role, I have built relationships with peers and senior stakeholders, collaborated with cross-functional teams across multiple locations, established and maintained global operational and team-wide programs while scaling for growth, guided projects to successful execution, managed vendor relationships and contracts, identified problems and proactively worked towards solutions.

Work History

Executive Administrative Partner

Meta
03.2019 - Current
  • Managing vendor relationships and contracts, including creating umbrella contracts and onboarding swag vendors, onboarding event vendors, and working closely with the Vendor Management Operations and Finance teams on large POs and TPA re-approvals.
  • Identifying problems and proactively working towards solutions, such as scaling onboarding processes to accommodate remote work during the hiring boom of 2020. Partnered with people managers on consolidating the GX onboarding modules from 12 to 4 (one per each org), created and led task forces within each of the four GX orgs to build/update the org Wiki pages, launched admin office hours, which minimized the number of random requests my admin team would get from an average of 48 per day per admin to 7.
  • Organizing summits and leadership strategy planning sessions in all major regions, coordinating travel and logistics, leading planning committees, owning event-related comms, creating central project trackers, tracking budgets and generating reports, which get integrated into our finance team’s monthly budget review with the leadership team.
  • Working with a wide range of XFN partners. For instance, leading logistics for quarterly executive reviews across Integrity, Global Risk Operations, Policy, Legal, Human Rights, and Product Management orgs, taking into account global events surrounding elections and calendar restraints of executive sponsors: Chris Cox, Javier Olivan, and Nick Clegg. I also work closely with the Vendor Management, Finance, Recruiting, and HR teams on a daily basis.
  • Creating a GX-wide rhythm of business (RoB) that encompasses planning and execution processes for all four GX orgs, including weekly leadership reviews, hybrid quarterly roadmap reviews plus planning sessions, and team- plus org-level summits. The RoB saves time spent by the leadership team on assessing our list of reviews (done quarterly) and keeping up to date on all team events and spendings associated with them.
  • Developing a team space assignment strategy plan for the GX org (1,731 FTEs and CWs) in accordance with our company-driven location strategy, negotiating seating arrangements amongst space captains in 12 locations in NORAM, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC, and creating a central tracking system used by our space captains, leadership team, and HR. The streamlined process and tracker, as well as my engagement with the Archibus development team (a space planning tool that we use), has decreased time spent on seating assignment and resolved the issue of having employees with unassigned seating.

Administrative Associate

Stanford University School Of Medicine
07.2017 - 03.2019
  • Built and scaled an onboarding program for Visiting Professors at the Stanford School of Medicine for Pediatric Cardiology, tripling the amount of international visiting professors the department was able to host. Created and presented to the division leadership a functional flow for hosting observers that come to Stanford from abroad (no streamlined process existed previously).
  • In partnership with the Division manager, improved on- and off-boarding processes and led them thereafter.
  • Coordinated recruitment for new faculty and fellows.
  • Credentialed new providers at LPCHS and outreach sites.
  • Processed sabbatical requests.
  • Covered administrative duties: calendar and travel management, expense reporting, event management (conferences, symposiums, retreats, team events).
