  system for ID and Sensitivity.
• Screened 24-hour cultures and finalized results of 48-hour cultures to ensure timely reporting.

HEMATOLOGY/CBC

• Perform & release routine hematology testing and Body fluid analysis in XN-10 Sysmex Hematology Analyzer.
• Process peripheral blood smears on SP-10 & perform manual differential blood count.
• Identify cell morphologies including blood parasites and Body fluids.
• Run QC for CBC and Body Fluids.
• Prepare samples for analysis.
• Maintain laboratory equipment .
• Monitor & order supplies.
• Document test results, QC ,Calibration & Machine preventive maintenance and service.
• Assist in training new staff on lab protocols and operational procedures.
• Process, perform and submit proficiency testing to CAP.
• Helps in Quality assurance by reviewing monthly Levey-Jennings.

COAGULATION, ESR & HGB A1C

• Perform & release PT/PTT , D-dimer and Fibrinogen in CS-2500.
• Perform & release ESR in iSED Elite ESR automated analyzer.
• Perform & release Hemoglobin A1c in Biorad D-100 HPLC machine.

CHEMISTRY

Release chemistry and Immunochemistry results from Atellica IM and Roche Cobas analyzer.

Molecular

Release HPV, CT/GC & Covid results from Roche Cobas 6800.

OTHER TESTS AND MACHINES

Release results from Liason/Diasorin & SprinterAutoimmune machine.
