Elsie is a determined pharmacist with demonstrated strengths in customer service, time management and attention to detail. Elsie is good at troubleshooting problems and building successful solutions. Elsie is an excellent verbal and written communicator with a strong background cultivating positive relationships and skilled at completing daily assignments while contributing to team success. Elsie is always willing to take on any task and adapts quickly to new needs and policies with a positive attitude.
Since moving to Kelowna, BC, Canada in September 2022, Elsie has been a stay at home mom with her two kids. Elsie has stayed updated with CPD activities as well as her professional registration during this time. With the kids now both in school, the time has come for Elsie to spread her professional wings in Canada, and jump back into her career. She has started as a casual Pharmacy Assistant at Kelowna General Hospital while pursuing the transfer of her registration as a pharmacist in Canada.

Ensuring adherence to South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) regulations and company standards.
Executing customer service initiatives to improve patient experience and loyalty.
Ensuring seamless integration between pharmacy and other healthcare services.
Assisting with practical training and demonstrations for pharmacy staff and patients.
Assisting nurses with tasks like drip preparation.
