- as a employee at Reward I conducted many tasks such as paint with airless paint sprayer and sandblasting for pump jack platforms or separate building platforms, and many other odds and ends

- another task that I had as a employee at Reward I was a welders helper I have helped with welding pipe in shop and in the ditch for pipeline, also have helped with structural using plasma cutter, torch, band saw, grinders and helping weld it out when ever I got The chance

- I have also been a pipefitter helper working on digs for pipelines and doing shacore pipe and fiber Glace and also steel have threaded pipe and helped with pressure testing

- I have some skidsteer experience for pushing gravel on sight making building pads, plowing snow, ditching, I have also ran zoomboom for moving pipe, small buildings man basket

• Assisted in the management and disposal of farm waste, adhering to environmental regulations.
• Assisted in the planting, cultivating, and harvesting of crops, ensuring timely and efficient processes.
