Responsibilities include:

Assembly & Rework

• Fastener installation with proper torque tools, weld preps & weld fit-ups, use of calibrated tools, safety cable application
• Precision cleaning and verifications using various techniques such as ultrasonics, nitric passivation, particle patch & gravimetric NVR analysis
• Chemical etching and metallic blending procedures

Resistance Tack & Seam Welding

• Tack welding screen assemblies for seam weld
• Seam welding several complex screen geometries
• Complex weldment tacking in preparation for laser weld
• Assisting engineering with qualification tests and seam welder troubleshooting

Pressure Testing

• Safely performing proof and leaks checks on UUTs
• Setup and calibration of mass spectrometers
• Utilizing testing software

• Making recommendations based on product knowledge and customer's unique conditions
• Using different applications to find information and set up installs for clients Mounting and setting up technology, troubleshooting product
• Problem Solving, finding alternatives for clients who run into technology issues
