I was in the Operations Back Office Processing Department prior to my realignment to Customer Experience in August 2025 - this was not a position that I was offered. I processed Driver Deliveries, Exceptions, Cylinder Exchanges, Credit Rebills, Service Billing, created accounts with Inside Sales, reviewed and updated or corrected existing accounts for accuracy, daily reporting for the audit trail and all other duties as assigned.
