At Nineteen (Brunello's restaurant) there are no bussers, hostesses, runners, support, etc. So when I was working as a server I would bartend all my own drinks, buss tables, run my own food, be the hostess, greet customers, answer the phone, place takeout orders, maintain inventory, restock, etc. all at the same time as being a server. At Brunello I showcased strong multitasking skills by managing multiple jobs at once while maintaining a high quality dining experience to every single customer.

As a cart girl I had to memorize the golf course from head to toe to ensure safety and to maximise sales. As a cart girl my duties were to stock, maintain inventory, bartend on the go, sell drinks, snacks, promote deals, and maintain positive, growing relationships with the golfers. I would also work all the golf tournaments which were very high volume all day and night.

I'm currently in school at MSVU completing a CHYS degree that requires 4 practicum placements in the school setting. I have completed my last 2 placements at the Halifax Independent School. I have taught grades 3,4,5, and 6. I work directly under the lead teacher and assist her the best I can.

I'm a self taught and self employed digital creator on TikTok @ellasavoiee (135k+). My platform is mainly surrounded around food and beverage, restaurants of Halifax, and more. I have built a loyal community throughout the years and it continues to grow daily. I analyze social trends daily to post 30+ videos a month. I develop and launch campaigns for massive brands (such as Nestle, L'Oreal Paris, Coca-Cola, etc.).

As a sampler at NSLC I would prepare/serve alcohol samples for costumers. I would educate costumers on different products, answer questions related to products and store policy, assist costumers in finding suitable products for them, developed positive customer service relationships through friendly greetings and maintained high sales.
