I participated and placed top three in the Innovation Mentorship Program with Niagara College and Sir Winston Churchill. The challenge was to create a winning marketing plan. This involved mentorship from the college’s staff and students, and eventually, after many weeks, culminated in a competition with other SWC teams with a complete marketing plan and presentation pitch to a community partner (Fonthill Family Fruit Farms), and the Niagara College staff judging panel.

• Created healthy and safe learning environment for all students by implementing class rules and promoting mutual respect and gentle discipline.
• Planned, prepared, and delivered lesson plans introducing students to dance techniques and ballet positions.
• Utilized different styles of teaching to accommodate students of all capabilities.
• Planned routines for recitals and performances.
• Tailored each class to meet student needs and abilities and allow dancers to progress at comfortable pace.
