  • QVC Home Shopping Network - Vionic Shoes sells on the Home Shopping Network during an allotted time-slot and our team places the seasons shoe orders, manages the orders, and ships the shoes to QVC in time to meet their On Air date. My responsibilities are as noted below;
  • Participate in daily meetings with team to go over the needed tasks for the week and work together on any issues that arise.
  • Review the QVC portal each morning for new shoe orders and work with Vionic team to place orders, and communicate the confirmation as well as any unavailable items to the QVC team.
  • Refresh the QVC dashboard each morning that the QVC Sales Representative uses to review the top selling shoes as well as to compare with previous months.
  • Organize and maintain all shoe orders as well as the samples needed for the current season and work in conjunction with the Sales Representative and QVC team to ensure their items arrive in time for their allotted air time.
  • Create spreadsheets that lists the requested items for that season, that QVC will sell on air as well as on their website. The spreadsheet details the colors, sizes, quantities and requested arrival date, as well as a spreadsheet for the samples needed.
  • Create or update Quality Assurance Spec Cards for each shoe to go on air for the season. Some shoes will change materials from one season to the next and each spec card must speak to the material details of the current shoe. Work with the Product and Development teams to clarify shoe material details(Example of spec card details; Material of upper i.e. Leather and leather type, closures, insole, outsole, size range, etc)
  • Create and refresh report daily to keep track of the estimated delivery dates and partner with the QVC team to make any necessary adjustments so they receive the items on time. (The dates start from when the shoe leaves our factory, then the port arrival, then the arrival to warehouse date)
  • Manually release orders to the warehouse with enough time to pack and ship depending on quantities. Before releasing the order, I review the order to ensure the ship-to location, and the total quantity is available to ship.
  • Communicate with Vionic’s warehouse team to ensure samples and shoe orders go out on time and with high priority if late.
  • Confirm with the Sales Representative that the shoe samples arrived and that QVC received their shoe orders on time and to the correct warehouse.
