I am enrolled in the BNSc (Nursing) program at Queen's University in Kingston, ON. I am currently working as a Clinical Extern in the Intensive Care Unit at Oak Valley Health (Markham Stouffville Hospital) and am currently completing my placement in Pediatrics. I have completed placements in Internal Medicine, Neurology/Acute Strokes, Correctional Mental Health, and Geriatric Rehabilitation. These placements have helped me to build fundamental assessment skills and learn how to effectively and professionally work within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
