Accomplishments

I took the Brampton U8MD team, developed them all season, and did a summer program to develop from being at the bottom of the league last year to being in the top 5 in the league in tier 1 this year I was able to achieve this by recruiting five players and developing them over the summer from house league, and increasing the talent range on my core team
