As a fourth-year student in the B.Sc. Psychology/Neuroscience program, I aim to advance my knowledge through a Master's degree, exploring potential treatments, both mainstream and alternative, and researching environmental and social factors influencing disorder development. My specific focus lies in the study of psychosis and schizophrenia.

• Restos du Coeur (Paris, France): Several times each month, I assisted in serving meals to those in need. The organization aimed to reintegrate the homeless or those struggling financially into society by offering nourishment and temporary shelter, while also facilitating their journey towards employment."

• Mental Health Committee (Bishop's University, QC): Conducting weekly meetings with the objective of coordinating events (workshops, lectures, activities) to raise awareness about mental health. Leading the addiction panel, I am actively engaged with a rehabilitation center in Sherbrooke to address the challenges faced by university students in relation to various forms of addiction.

• Trauma Awaraness Workshop (Bishop's University, QC): I participated in a training session with the aim of acquiring knowledge and resources related to various forms of trauma. This involved learning to identify potential triggers and stressors, with the ultimate goal of positioning myself as a supportive resource for individuals experiencing trauma.
