I’m a dependable and self-motivated young professional, currently pursuing a Business Major at Cuesta Community College. With a strong background in customer service and hands-on support roles. Over the past few years, I’ve built valuable experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments, including Chipotle, AMC Dine-In Theatres, and a local estate sale company. Each of these roles has strengthened my ability to communicate effectively, stay organized under pressure, and provide excellent service, no matter the setting.
At Chipotle, I worked as a cashier, where I developed fast, accurate transaction-handling skills, and the ability to keep calm and friendly during busy rushes. My time at AMC as a crew member gave me experience in multitasking between food service, theater maintenance, and guest support—all while working collaboratively as part of a larger team. At the estate sale company, I took on multiple roles, including sales associate, cashier, organizer, and mover. This position required me to be flexible and efficient, often adapting quickly to different responsibilities within a single day, while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
Beyond work, I enjoy being outdoors and spending time with friends—whether it’s hiking, beach days, or weekend road trips. I’m also proud of my leadership experience as the captain of my high school volleyball team, where I helped lead my team to a state regional finals victory. That experience taught me the value of hard work, communication, and keeping a team motivated toward a common goal. I bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn to every opportunity I take on, and I’m always excited to grow both personally and professionally in a new role.
As a cashier at Chipotle, I provided fast and friendly service to a high volume of customers each day, handling transactions accurately and efficiently. I was responsible for operating the point-of-sale system, managing cash and digital payments, and maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area. In addition to cashier duties, I supported the team during busy shifts by assisting with food prep and line service. I helped uphold company standards for customer satisfaction, and contributed to a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.

In this role, I contributed to all levels of estate sale operations, from organizing and staging items, to final sales and clean-up. I prepared homes for sale by sorting, pricing, and displaying items in an appealing and accessible way, often working with delicate or high-value merchandise. As a cashier and sales associate, I provided customer service, processed transactions, and assisted buyers with product information and purchases. I also handled heavy lifting and furniture moving, helping with both setup and breakdown of sales.

As a crew member at a dine-in movie theater, I was responsible for delivering a quality guest experience by balancing both food service and theater operations. I took orders, served meals directly to guests in their seats, and ensured that food and beverages were delivered accurately and on time. I also helped maintain the cleanliness of the auditoriums and common guest areas between showings. My role involved working closely with team members to support concession sales, ticketing, and guest inquiries, all while maintaining a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment.
