Over the past three years, I’ve successfully led the launch of more than 50 new restaurant openings for Raising Cane’s, driving operational excellence and market expansion. I’ve consistently trained and developed Crew Members, Managers, and Restaurant Leaders to build high-performing teams and profitable businesses. My efforts have played a key role in opening new markets—including New York and Florida—where the majority of locations exceed $10M in Average Unit Volume. Currently, I’m spearheading the Northern California Growth Team, which has already delivered two record-breaking launches: both surpassing $100,000 in Opening Day sales, and one setting a QSR industry record with $783,773.04 in first-week revenue.
