In 2018 my son Noah and I created Eleonora's Vegan biscotti. We took my grandmother's 100 year old recipe and made the Italian Biscotti Vegan.


We also created El's Doggy Biscotti purely plant based also.


We are at your local farmer's market during the summer months.
