Accomplishments

  • At Nestle - Network analysis and implementation: Launched the new distribution center, closing 3 distribution centers. The change was made at the same time that Nestlé moved to SAP. I improved productivity and reduced cost by 20%, 3 million EUR.
  • At Nestle- Network Analysis and implementation: Changed process on how to load containers to Canary Islands saving 1 million EUR per year.
  • At Nestle - Network Analysis and Implementation: Negotiated with Retailers - Logistic discount - Found win win scenarios proposing customers new profile of orders or delivery routes to decrease cost for Nestle and retailer.
  • At Nestle- Improved demand planning process bringing VOC to Nestle: Working with sales, demand planning, manufacturing, copacker and distribution. As result sales increased 9% by shifting them from competition.
  • At Nestle - AECOC official poll of the association of manufacturers and retailers, changed the ranking by the most demanding retailer of Spain from number 20 to number 2 in two years.
  • At Expeditors - Improved operation of second biggest account my first 6 months. Honeywell - 25000 SKUs - 100000 sq. ft. Reduced headcount 40%. As result, this is right now the best DC of North America for the customer. All Customer KPIs are above target.
  • At Expeditors - Moved from paper operation to paperless and visual management. Freeing resources to improve relationship and communication to customers by end of 2022 on 30% CSR.
  • At Mevotech - Improved Inventory accuracy from 55% to 95%, clean up historical transactions in ERP and improved processes and training to have track of inventory end to end.
